The e-signing of needed documents seemed very easy and was a plus as I lived a distance from Muscatine. I generally agreed on all aspects regarding the sale of this property. When an issue developed it was resolved professionally and respectfully between the two of us, to a mutually satisfactory end.

My wife and I had been looking for a house for a while but no luck. We stopped searching for a couple of months. I then told my wife we should start again. One of our friends recommended we should contact their real estate agent they worked with. So I did and called Andrew. Right away he was happy to help us. I went to his office and talked over a lot of things about purchasing a home. After that we started looking at homes. Some were really good others not so much. Andrew was always there for anything, he explained everything on every house. After a couple of weeks Andrew contacted me and asked me if I wanted to go see a house he thought we might like. I said of course! When we went to go see it right away my wife said she loved it, I too liked it a lot. I told my wife we shouldn't even go searching anymore. We told Andrew we wanted the house. Andrew was happy and so were we. From there everything went well until closing day. Andrew made everything go smoothly and always made contact with us. We highly recommend anyone to work with Andrew.
